"Gilroy garlic roll is so good I have to order at least 2 orders. Omakase roll has so much flavor and richness going on that I have to order it every time. Love this place."

"I order from this place many times, almost every other week or so, but recently the last 2 orders aren't as good as the quality went down. The sushi rice both times isn't as moist as before where some rolls break apart. I usually order the same rolls, and both recent times, the fish on top of the rolls are skimpy. The 10 piece nigiri chef mix I ordered today has 2 old pieces of tuna on top meaning they are brownish-grey (lost of color), and has a funky smell like they been sitting out too long and not kept cold on ice. I still ate parts that were kind of "red" because I was hungry. The other fish pieces were good. I don't know if you're starting to skimp and use old fish because business is losing money or you hired a new sushi chef that isn't good. I'm giving 4 stars now because hopefully you'll bounce back."

"I'm not sure if it was an off night or something, but the rolls? Very little fish/protein actually used in them. It was mostly rice, roe, and avocado. I couldn't even taste the fish, but maybe that's appealing to some people. The nigiri was a way smaller portion than the picture as well. I wouldn't buy from here again, if I'm paying this much money, I expect more than what I'd get with grocery store sushi, this may have been worse honestly :( on the plus side, they don't drown their rolls in too much sauce."
