"I've been under the weather and the Chicken Curry Ramen was just what I needed! I asked for hot chili oil to add to the top and added enoki mushrooms. The spiciness with the curry flavor was perfect. It has so much depth of flavor. I love that they package the ramen separate from the broth so the noodles don't soak up all the broth. You pour your broth over the noodles. They gave me my hot chili oil in a little cup so I could add it myself to control the spice level. They also provide a soup spoon and chopsticks.
