"I picked up the order myself and the app told me it would be done by 10:50 am. I show up at 10:50 and it said my order was ready for pick up. Walked up to the waiter and he went to check on my order and it hadnt even been started yet. Told me it would be 10 more minutes and that was fine with me. Well an another 15 minutes later it was finally ready, after isaw a few tables of food go out. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy came in a box with wax paper. Well the wax paper broke into little pieces and got mixed up with my mashed potatoes and when I tried to take the wax paper out it broke into more pieces and also already had a bite with a piece of wax paper in it. Definitely will never door dash at this establishment ever again. Just a terrible experience all around. The only decent thing we got was the burrito and that wasnt even worth the money we paid. Oh and also 6 mozzarella sticks for 8 dollars that is ridiculous. "

It's a shame because the price of this food isn't cheap nor is the quality so to get just a bowl of chips and a little bit of sauce and maybe two bites of chicken within it was very disappointing."

"After a really poor experience at newly Chi-Chi's restaurant yesterday we still had the good Mexican at our favorite El Loro in Burnsville. Food was terrific as usual. Being a senior with fond memories of the legacy Chi-Chi's restaurants we were extremely disappointed with the Chi-Chi's version 2.0 in St Louis Park. Seniors looking for nostalgia save yourself the trip an try El Loros in Burnsville. Your stomach and wallet will thank you."
