"I picked up the order myself and the app told me it would be done by 10:50 am. I show up at 10:50 and it said my order was ready for pick up. Walked up to the waiter and he went to check on my order and it hadnt even been started yet. Told me it would be 10 more minutes and that was fine with me. Well an another 15 minutes later it was finally ready, after isaw a few tables of food go out. The meatloaf and mashed potatoes and gravy came in a box with wax paper. Well the wax paper broke into little pieces and got mixed up with my mashed potatoes and when I tried to take the wax paper out it broke into more pieces and also already had a bite with a piece of wax paper in it. Definitely will never door dash at this establishment ever again. Just a terrible experience all around. The only decent thing we got was the burrito and that wasnt even worth the money we paid. I do think the Dorilocos is worth it if you like cueritos. But it was way too many cueritos and not enough of the other toppings for my liking. The Hot Cheetos with Cheese (Cheetos C/ Queso) is exactly what I was expecting, so nothing to complain about."

"This Noodles and Company location is so unreliable. As a former Noodles and Co manager (A different location) myself I know that they consistently make mistakes on orders and poorly prepare food. It's been a while since I've ordered from here due to disappointing food. Today I experienced it again with my Japanese Pan Noodles. My udon Noodles were overcooked and mushy, the sauce was not at all caramelized to the Noddles and lacking in general. I got like 4 pieces of steak. All for $20 and I'm totally disappointed but not surprised. I wish they would consistently do better."
