I love pork belly but this doesn't really have a lot of flavor. I usually have it marinated or with delicious dipping sauces. They do give you a sauce but overall it's just not as good as what I've had elsewhere. Maybe the experience is different in the restaurant. The other thing I wished for is better sides. The cucumbers are delicious, the kimchi ok but you don't get a lot of those. You do get a ton of rice and noodles. It's just plain rice. I'd rather switch the rice for more cucumbers. The japchae isn't bad. But better options would be potatoes, pancakes, eggplant or a tofu salad. But like I said maybe there are better options in the restaurant. "If you have more than two people, just get the large family size of the *Smoked Shishito Queso*. The regular size only has the container half full (see photo), and it's delicious so you'll want more than that. The *Sesame Rice Noodles* were extra spicy tonight - super flavorful and delicious. The *Crispy Potatoes* are bomb and re-heat well in an air fryer. Loro is our go-to for cost-effective but delicious takeout."
