"We love eating at this restaurant in person but their take out service is TERRIBLE. We ordered Mini Empanadas but they did not come with our order. We called and they left me on hold for over 10 mins. Then when we called back and they said that there was nothing they could do because "it wasnt busy so thats how they knew that they sent everything out correctly" but you could hear in the background it was a busy restaurant. They refused to send the missing items and also refused to refund our money so essentially we paid for empanadas that we will never get.
DO NOT ORDER THE Brownie Con Helado. They sell it for $8.50 and it is a little pre-packaged brownie that you can probably get in a gas station and a pouch of melted ice cream. An absolute rip off."

"The driest and toughest Picanha ive ever had. I ordered a medium-mediumwell option and got over-done, dry and tough meat that I could barely chew. When I called, the lady said the foil must have cooked the meat more, but they gave me a thick cut of meat and unless that foil was 200C during my 8minute drive, then that can't be the case. The Mozzarella Caprese had no salt, no olive oil, no dressing, nothing. Completely bland. "
