Also special mention to the Hickory BBQ - OTS along with all the other dips too (I ordered them all and all were good). We all know without a good dips selection, the 5 star rating is unattainable. This was nothing short of excellent. The chips portion was huge and well salted. Perhaps a little cold but I'd put that down to the delivery driver who innocently got lost on his way to deliver. We can forgive that. The Southern Fried Chicken Tenders (4) were huge, chicken was fresh and really good. My only thought is that it would be even better if the batter wasn't as thick or potentially was more of a breaded texture but that's personal preference and the tenders were still excellent. Seriously, it takes a lot for me to give a 5 star rating but this one is undoubtedly the only choice I could have made. I probably won't order here again because this will be that memory of THAT meal that just hit the spot. The one you tell the grandkids about. The one that changed your life. Forever. "

"We may have found our fave pasta, pizza place, had just moved into the area. We got the pasta Penne Boscaiola with chicken, the Salt and Pepper Calamari and Garlic Cheese bread which turned out to be a pizza. So flavoursome, delicious, and good servings I know why it is 4.7 ratings, I would rate it 5 stars. They know what they're doing and cooked with love. My family and I, have had many superb meals from them, for over 6 years.
The food is always fresh, flavoursome and filling -what with the great portion sizes.
The calamari is always a winner, as is the Penne Boscaiola (we add chicken to this, sometimes). I find some pizza based places to be a bit hit and miss, or simply lacking in consistency.
That is definitely NOT the case, with The Charles'. The consistency, well, it is extremely consistent!
The staff are always friendly, & no disrespect to the host of this review, I generally prefer to order directly from the restaurant, so they have a better chance of surviving, & keep their quality of output, high.
The DD driver was swift & friendly, & delivered the food, hot.
Another great all round experience!

It was coarse and rubbery. The wrap doesn't have any sauce or pickles. It does have tomato slices but the slices were as thin as a gold leaf, you don't even taste it. It was full of lettuce, enough to make a small salad. I ordered it with hommos sauce, but there were none, neither in the wrap nor on the side. Not recommended at all. "Loved everything. The Sujuk & Cheese Pocket is a very cheesy half a pizza (calzone) size. So filling that it has to be consumed in 2 sessions - lunch & dinner.
