The first time I got a Chips bag like that I let it slide, thinking it was maybe just a one time thing. It's not. I feel like I was given the oldest and hardest Chips in my order. "The egg rolls were good. The Pho tasted good but it was missing jalapeños. It came with Thai basil, lime and with about 10 pieces of bean sprouts. It also had some sweet garlic crisps topped on my noodles. I had to wash it off because I had that at another restaurant and it just made my pho taste like sweet garlic. The noodles wouldn't separate. Even after reheating it. Also the beef chunks were very fatty. We were really disappointed."
