Perhaps one of the best Richmond VA doordash experiences I have had in a while.
The Kids Pasta was delicious (according to my daughter), we split the Cheese Arancine ...... SO GOOD!!!! Was still hot and the cheese stretch was perfect. The Philly Steak & Cheese Deluxe was generously portioned. Everything in it tasted fresh and was portioned great, each bite was so good. Last but NOT least, Lemoncello Cake ....... WOW!!!!! Sooooo good and fluffy. The white chocolate complemented the flavor of the lemon perfectly. Have to get some more one of these days just for the cake. "

"Crab Dip was good but the crostini was so hard and over toasted I could barely eat it. The Pretzel & Beer Cheese was overcooked and hard and very tough to eat also. The beer cheese was ok but not nearly as good as in the past. It had a very strong beer flavor to me, not just the slight hint of beer. I opted to use my pretzel for my crab dip in place of the crostini, but even that was hard and tough. Overall it was not an enjoyable. Industrial Taphouse has gone downhill in quality. They used to be my favorite restaurant. Would not recommend them at all anymore."

"This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, but it seems as though things have changed over the years. Pasta is cheap. So, when your "side salad" is iceberg lettuce with two slices of tomato and two slices of cucumber, your customers are going to feel unappreciated. Also, can you not part with two pads of butter for the single yeast roll you now allow per order? This is a constant issue. My roll went in the trash because there was no butter included with my order. And the very small amount of dressing included for my lettuce salad was ridiculous. Never again."
