"ORDER FROM PINGS THIS IS NOT A DRILL Pings is the best. Their Braised Pork Belly On Rice is so soft and seasoned so beautiful that your pants WILL slide off of you without knowledge. The Noodles with Pork Sauce (Dried) sauce is anything BUT dry. It is chunky, thick and so gorgeous that you will be near tempted to propose. And the cucumber is the best compliment to it, as are the light, thick wheat noodles. Their Pan-Fried Pork Dumpling (15 Pieces) are juicy and filling, never order less than 10 or you will be disappointed as your inner animal will in fact crave at least 12-18 of them, and that's without soy sauce. Their Ma-po Togu is my favourite dish, one of the best things that have touched my tongue. I would kill hundreds for it, I would pay millions to taste it (but I am comfortable with its current price.) I will NEVER shut up about how good Ping's is, I tell people I'm not even talking to about Pings, I have even used google translate to communicate to someone just how good this place is. I love the way the eggplant is cooked and has a great texture and I really enjoy the flavour of the salted fish with what I would guess is oyster sauce base. No complaints there but I did select to have a serving of rice (for an extra cost) to go along with my Minced Beef, Salted Fish with Eggplants which was missing which is disappointing cause I enjoy mixing the sauce with rice. Thankfully I also ordered the Small Wonton Soup which had a tasty soup base and the wonton itself was very good (as well as gave me some needed carbs that I was missing 😬)"
