Fortunately, this portion is very generous, the biscuits are fresh, light, and taste like the old style country biscuits which I love, and the gravy is thick with the right amount of black pepper to give it a zing without being overpowering. The gravy doesn't have a floury taste like some others. This has the flour/butter/milk portions well balanced.
