The candied yams are sweet and you can taste the cinnamon and/or nutmeg they use and it all comes together well. Collards had a good vinegar flavor to them even without meat. Cornbread is cakey as some would describe but has a subtle sweetness to make it okay. Lemon iced tea is good and sweet, and ice cold. Overall great soul food and portion sizes.
