It was so good that I had to go in person the next morning to get the full experience and they were warm and gracious when I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed and the food came out in the blink of an eye. "I’ve been to this KFC location before, and it’s always the same story—grimy kitchen, staff who look like they’re running on fumes, and customer service that makes you feel like you’re inconveniencing them. This time, I figured I’d save myself the headache and ordered delivery through DoorDash.
Big mistake. I got one of their Famous Bowls, and it was just sad—barely any chicken, and what was there tasted dank and overly greasy, like it had been sitting too long in 3-day old frying oil. For the price I paid which is equivalent to an entree at a gourmet eatery, you’d think I was getting at least something decent. Instead, I paid a wing and a leg for a soggy, underwhelming meal.
I’ll never get why people swear by KFC when Popeyes is literally across the street. The quality gap is like night and day. Won’t be ordering from this location again!"
