"I don't know if it has something to do with the time I ordered; which was around 2pm, but my food came HOT AND FRESH! My fries were crispy, my chicken was fresh and still hot when it got me. THUMBS UP for that .. & I LOVE THE WAY THEY SECURED MY FOOD! The bag was secure and my drink was secure with a cup sticker across the entire middle part so you can't open nor puncture it. The Hot Honey Rub (Dry) is so GOOD. The Garlic Parmesan was ok; didn't really have a flavor but it was ok.
