The pork chop was seasoned perfectly, I tend to like my meat very well done so I would've preferred it to be like that. However, it was a delight to eat. Bola Relleno de Mofongo // Escriba la Carne que Desea I ordered it with Carne Molida. I think i chose the wrong meat. Needless to say the Mofongo itself was great! The taste of it delicious!! Pinchos / Shish Kebad was OMG mouth watering delicious!! I haven't had Pinchos this GOOD, this delicious since I was little in PR. I LOVE the fact that they really are a duplicate of the OG Pinchos from PR, except it doesn't include the bread but with these Pinchos, the meat is high quality, big chunks delivering mouth watering deliciousness in every bite with onions & peppers that are seared perfectly, allowing me to go back in time to the days La Marginal was THE IT place to get the best pinchos on the island.
