When I got home and opened the pizza, the prosciutto was missing and the taste was pretty bad. Who ever put truffle oil on the pizza DOUSED it in the oil. It was so bad I didn't even finish a slice and through out the whole pie. I knew truffle oil was part of the pizza but there was such a ridiculous amount that it seeped all the way through the box. Truffle oil is als something you need to use VERY sparingly. The Pistachio Cannoli with chocolate chips was perfect. For the price of these pizzas it's too risky to try anything new. My pie was $40 and that $40 went straight to the trash."

No flavor at all - definitely not worth $16.00. It also would have been appropriate to put the unwrapped straw in the bag rather than just leaving it on top of the milk shake cup that did not even come in a bag - very unsanitary. One star because the Sweet Potato Fries were decent. this was my 2nd bad experience at a Hopdoddy and I will not be eating there again"

"Had this been my first time ordering with Nancy's this would have been my last order. I ordered the Spaghetti & Meatballs, Side of Meatballs, Italian Meatball Sub, and a stuffed pizza. The Side of Meatballs has always came with sauce, this time it did not and meatballs were dry. The Spaghetti & Meatballs were also lacking sauce and again the meatballs were dry. The person who ate the Italian Meatball Sub had the same complaint of lack of sauce and dry. The pizza as always was fine. And our breadsticks were shorted I ordered and paid for 6 but was given 3. For $140 I expected them to meet their normal standards at the bare minimum. I'm going to assume maybe it was just a busy Tuesday night. If you do end up having issues with Nancy's don't bother with calling them. They will basically assume you're lying and brush you off."
