"The Miso Ramen broth tasted sour/wine-like like it was overly fermented or they used way too much Miso. It was basically inedible. Chicken Karaage had thin wet coating that wasn't crispy at all, and the meat tasted like low quality chicken. The Chicken Shoyu Ramen was okay. Gyoza was deep fried which isn't my preference but the filling was good. Absolutely NO sauces were included for Gyoza or Karaage"

"The smell was amazing! You can see the thoughtfulness with the presentation for the bowls and the buns. The bowls were a good size. I could only eat half of that and my medium bubble tea before getting full. My husband ate all the buns and most of his bowl before he got full too. I would definitely get Ten-Ichi again. We plan to go to the restaurant to have the full experience and get it all super fresh without sitting in a car for x amount of time."
