When someone orders a lobster roll, they expect to enjoy lobster. unfortunately, there was only a small amount in my sandwich and a lot of salad. It felt more like a veggie sandwich with lobster added as an afterthought. The lobster itself was tasteless, as if it had been cooked in plain water without salt or seasoning. Eating it felt no different than drinking a cup of water, there was simply no flavor. For nearly $30, I expected much better quality and balance. The packaging was beautiful and the fries were good (that saved the night), but I’m still craving a real lobster roll. If the price is going to stay at this level, the portion and flavor should match it. Right now, this felt like a $15 sandwich at best."

They did not inform the original driver, so they left and the driver after that had no idea. I ordered my food at 7:44. I didn't receive it until around 10:45 at night.
