"They didn't read my detailed notes at all, and didn't contact me if they were out of something as I requested. I requested 3 different common donut types (chocolate bar, plain/vanilla cake with chocolate frosting, and glazed buttermilk) and included backup options for each. I got 1 correct, and 2 totally wrong. I also paid for a $5 iced Iced Coffee just so I could get a cup of ice, because I'm out, and they didn't include that either. No one at the shop apologized, they all blamed someone or something else. I usually go to the Bosa on Dysart & McDowell, and I'll never order from this one again after this - the employees at my regular store are so nice, and have never gotten my order wrong."

"The Herb Fried Chicken Hash and the Billionaire's Bacon were really good. I'm just disappointed the way the Billionaire's Bacon is served. It used to be in thicker square chunks and now it's just a thick slice (still taste the same, not as thick) for $9. Food is great but don't think I'll spend $9 on that bacon again. "

"My favorite donut place! Best selection around, always so fresh, they even have an orange glaze, something I had not seen since I was a kid 20 years ago! The owners and employees are always SO kind when I bring my boys in, and we love their cinnamon sugar donut holes! We come once or twice a month for a treat, they never disappoint!"

"Got the 6 donuts and they weren't that fresh, but still good! I got 3 glazed and 3 vanilla icing with sprinkles, but the sprinkles weren't on the donuts. The brown sugar boba tea was very good! Would get again!"
