Okay, we gave them another chance tonight at a less busy time. Ordered two orders of chicken tenders (12 piece and 6) with 2 different sauces and fries. I also ordered a side of ranch. Both arrived with no sauce, the fries were ice cold (heated them in the oven) and the ranch cup was a 1/4 of the way full. If I'm paying $0.89 plus tax for a ranch cup, it should not look like this. I promise, this was not touched and arrived like this. I dont think we will be ordering here again. I'm very understanding to mistakes happen, but it seems consistent at this point and like there is no quality assurance to orders going out the door. Korean Pork Belly Pops were tasty, but the ratio of pure fat to burnt ends wasn't ideal. Lastly, the Nutty Chicken Salad should have been good but a lot of the lettuce was wilted. Also I upgraded the chicken in the salad to med rare steak and got less than 3 oz of under-seasoned med well steak. Would not recommend the bacon dressing. It was creamy but too greasy. Overall the salad was not worth $25. "
