"I haven't had GENJIGO in a long time, yet I always loved it. Tonight I ordered 2 sides of shrimp and 3 sides of zucchini (so I had food for tomorrow), and because the pictures showed they look just a little bit smaller than before. I was incredibly disappointed. Their pictures make it look like you get way more shrimp in a side than you actually do, and the sides of zucchini basically come in slightly large condiment cups. The picture I took of the shrimp is both bowls together and it was not even half full, and I ended up putting the sides of zucchini in the empty shrimp bowl. Both dishes had absolutely no flavor other than their natural flavor. I had to add more lemon and salt to them. Their food used to have flavor, and it's sad to see that they've gone downhill in their dishes. The Yum Yum sauce was the only thing that had any sort of flavor whatsoever. I don't think I'll be ordering again."

We also ordered what was supposed to be the 1/2 pound of brisket. Our order had five slivers of very dry brisket. It wasn't even enough for two sandwiches. Extremely disappointed. We won't order from here again."

"I purchase four H9. Hibachi Steak & Shrimp , a side of steak and an egg yolk sauce. I was very disappointed in the food. The portion sizes on the meats were extremely small. I think my whole family shared one steak cut up in small pieces! All steak was ordered medium. All steak arrived extra well-done. The shrimp was also over cooked. There was a very small portion of shrimp. Check out photo. The egg yolk sauce was the wrong consistency. It was like play dough. All items were different temp. I think it is prepared in bulk and separated into containers. Did not taste made to order. Wasted over $100! "
