It was coarse and rubbery. The wrap doesn't have any sauce or pickles. It does have tomato slices but the slices were as thin as a gold leaf, you don't even taste it. It was full of lettuce, enough to make a small salad. I ordered it with hommos sauce, but there were none, neither in the wrap nor on the side. Not recommended at all. (Look online for a 4 ingredient chicken salt recipe thats more like the real deal - would help act as a game changer here). Vegetarian Pide and Garlic Pide - in over 40 years of eating pides have never had ones with such thin and unusual 'pastry' - wouldn't call it a dough.
