"I moved to Vermont from a city with a LOT of options for takeout and this is the first restaurant to meet my expectations for the quality of a meal since. Thank you so much for the effort put into the food!! Some notable moments: -I could taste the smoky dashi stock in the complimentary miso, and the tofu and seaweed was fresh - this was not made from a packet and sold at an exorbitant price to me. The sides were mostly generous and fresh. -The Ma Po Tofu had a solid kick of spice and decently red color to appetize the eyes and meet the expectation of the dish - the added veggies were a bonus, and the portion will serve for two or three meals at least -I ordered salmon sashimi a la carte and received two thick slices that were not fishy in the slightest and had good, melt in the mouth texture. This item struck me as a bit overpriced although the quality is good. Served with fresh pickled ginger, wasabi, and some julienned cucumber. My only critique is the shumai is so minimal :/"

"I'm glad there's finally another place to order from and this place is pretty good, though prices are random. A delicious small pizza full of ingredients is like $11 (great deal) while a slightly larger pizza with 3 ingredients is like $25. For our larger one, they left off one of the 3 ingredients that is arguably the most important part - the meat. It also says "cheese pizza" when you customize it, insinuating you're choosing ingredients in addition to a basic cheese pizza, but no mozzarella was included. Just sauce and the 3 chosen ingredients on top. It also seemed like they used the same amount of dough as the smaller pizzas because it was much thinner than the individual pizza. Not the biggest deal but combining it all is frustrating when you're spending so much . Anyway - the small menu-designed pizzas are great, Battered Artichokes great but overpriced, and I'll probably avoid larger or any custom pizzas in the future. "
