Most barbecue houses think more smoke means better barbecue but Sonny's understands it is the balance. Like all great barbecue joints do. The chicken was perfect, the brisket. Wonderful and the dry rub on the ribs. Excellent The ribs were rendered perfectly and not flowing in grease But still tender. The original sauce a great balance between sweet. And sour.
