"The fries were soggy which means the freshness of the fries were lacking and they were a bit cold, they also lacked salt and the fries that went with the chicken sandwich meal were the same size as a chicken nugget meal, but had way less fries in its carton. The Kid's Meal hamburger lacked any condiments and had only one pickle slice. I don't know if that's just the rule of the sandwich and I should have added extra? The was soft and not stale. I ordered delivery and the burger was ready when the driver arrived. Instead of fries I ordered onion rings. They were not bad. The size of the burger an acceptable size. "This was our third time here, and the food has been pretty good. The timing on the other hand is not great, as we still waited 10 mins after the app said our order was ready to get our food (2 meals with 2 sliders & a side each). Once we received our food, we were glad we double-checked because the side we substituted (for a $2.50 up charge) was wrong. When I let the staff know, they took my food back & switched the side - not sure what they did with the fries, but I really hope they didn't get given to another customer. As someone who has worked in multiple food establishments, I would not have taken the food back into the prep area to avoid cross contamination."
