The lobster salad had a small container on side of lobster, not enough to justify the cost. The clam chowder tasted like starch and had a weird taste to it. I couldn't eat the chowder at all. "

"Cashew Chicken was the best had in years. The vegetables were fresh and slightly crisp and had a lite sauce. Wok Fried Bean Sprouts had the same qualities as the Cashew Chicken . The portions are large, enough for two. It does not come with rice, so don't forget to order."

"The Szechuan Beef tastes great and there's a decent portion. The Honey Crisp Walnut Shrimp is also one of our favorites. The House Fried Rice is pretty standard. You can see the two big shrimp on top in my picture. Those are the only two shrimp in the whole container. My biggest criticism right now (and from previous orders) is they only give one soy sauce packet. We order at least 3 different items each time but they seem to be rationing their soy sauce."

It never tastes as spicy or rich as when I dine in. Otherwise, DO NOT order noodles when you have it delivered/picked up, because they will forget about any other ingredient you ordered and fill it with all noodles. "YAN's China did not disappoint. I am a return customer and had to try Hong Kong Style Pan Fried Noodle. It was excellent. The noodles were crispy fried, kept separate as I ordered online. The Sauce w/Chicken and Veggies you pour over the Crispy noodles was cooked to perfection. The ingredients were all generous, non salty which allows me to season more or add soy sauce if I choose.
