For the amount of money that I paid for that plate I was expecting something far better than what I had experienced today simply because the crabcake Poboy was about a 7.5 maybe a 6.5 out of 10, but you can't win them all my overall experience today I would have to say was a 4.5. It'll probably be a long time if I ever go there again. I wish I would've taken a picture of the soggy fish and the overcooked shrimp before I threw it in the trash."

"The fish was fresh and the rolls were a good size. The nigiri, however, was cut way too big. When I say big, one piece covers over half of my hand... It's not made to be eaten in one bite as intended for nigiri and, because it's so big, there's a LOT of rice underneath. This wouldn't be bad if it didn't have such a strong rice vinegar taste to the point it overpowers the fish instead of balancing it. I love this restaurant, but the nigiri definitely needs to be portioned smaller with the same number of pieces in a meal. Smaller pieces of fish and portions of seasoned rice would probably make this the number sushi restaurant on the west side of the coast.
