This time, we ordered some new (to us) items along with our favorites. This is the 1st time we tried the GangShi NanGuaGao (Hong Kong Style Pumpkin Cake). Another ver- sion we've had is like NianGao (the rice flour cake eaten at New Year), but this one was like BaiTangGao, except spongy & not the honeycomb structure familiar to us. It was DELIGHTFUL. Like a dessert straight out of Chinatown. Subtle sweetness. Our favorite may not be familiar to others. The XianZhuJuan (Seafood Bamboo Skin Roll). The bamboo skin is really the skimmed top layer obtained when cooking DouFu. This is REALLY DELICIOUS and everyone should try it with an open mind. EVERYTHING WAS TERRIFIC from Old Street, and we'll give details in a future review."
