Sautéed Beef with Scallion was not bad but rather salty & it also needed some vegetable other than just scallion & onions. The Steamed Pork Soup Dumplings (6)玲珑小笼包 had a decent amount of soup but the skins were too thick & flavor just ok. The Pan-Fried Pork Buns (6) were mostly dough very little filling & not much flavor. Wouldnt get any of these again. I liked the flavor of the Chinese Burger w.Lamb 羊肉夹馍r though it's not a burger but rather pieces of lamb kind of like shwarma but with cumin in a kind of bao bun. It would have used some sauce so I added tzatziki I had at home. Overall this cost over $80 and I didn't really enjoy most of it so it was disappointing. "

The Egg Drop Soup was mainly chicken broth with very little egg in it, and it did not come with any noodles that you would normally get with soup. Also the Egg Roll that came with my meal used to fill up the entire bag it was in. Now the bag is a quarter empty, so the Egg Rolls decreased in size. This take out place is not what it used to be. Couple menu suggestions: the 12. Pan-fried Shrimp & Chives Dumpling (3 Pieces) are very good, but they will unavoidably get a little soggy. We tried the chicken version of 15. Steamed Cabbage Pork or Chicken Dumpling (6 Pieces) / 西水餃 and is usually the case with chicken dumplings, it is a bit bland, so prob better to stick with pork. If you've tried the Hoboken location, I think this one is a little better. "
