We ordered a banana split and cookies and brownies, a dessert course which cost as much as a steak dinner with salad, baked potato, and bread and butter elsewhere!Didn't mind paying extra because we've enjoyed Cold Stone and Great American Cookie Co elsewhere, but this was ridiculous. I actually feel like I just got mugged. The banana split was advertised to include whipped cream, marshmallow fluff, a cherry, and chopped pecans. There was no whipped cream, barely ANY marshmallow fluff for the two of us to split, and there were so few "pecan pieces" that I literally had to get out a magnifying glass to identify them. Perhaps 4 tiny slivers of brown with ZERO taste were on the sundae. It looked more like specs of dirt than nuts. The ice cream was flavorful, but $15+ dollars for three small scoops of ice cream and a cherry is INSANE. The cheesecake brownies we threw away, because after biting into raw dough, we were disgusted. They were barely even beige or brown on the outside, but completely raw goo in the middle. Gross. We ordered two double doozies sugar cookies for next day, and those were horribly under-baked, as well. Not to mention, there was barely enough crème to call them a "single" doozie, let ALONE a "double". All in all, a highly disappointing experience. $7+ each for cookies and Brownies that aren't as good as grocery store cookies is obscene. And they couldn't even bake them fully. A word of advice, Marble Slab Creamery & Great American Cookie Co: keep cutting back portions, raising prices, and under-baking food and you soon won't have a single customer left. We are done with this craziness. You've lost 4 customers in this household already."

"I orderd two times from here. First time was late on their end but I was understanding. Second time ordered Joe's Fried Shrimp. Forgot my Lemonade and slices of lemon for shrimp. I asked dasher to ask tartar sauce but restaurant should have an option. Had to eat shrimp plain and with no drink. But good part that The side salad was delicious. Shrimp cooked perfectly. Loved the hushpuppies. Mac & Cheese is velveeta cheese. Hope next time is taken to more consideration."
