I've lived in Seoul and in KoreaTown LA and this literally tastes so authentic, best Korean food I've had in Portland The Yukgaejong was super flavorful beef was really tender, Sundubu was packed with veggies and meat. There was so much broth and it came piping hot despite a further delivery. The packaging was A-1, no spillage. Oder the traditional Korean soups you guys! "First of all, if you go into this thinking the Three Drumsticks will be like the Korean fried chicken you're used to, you will not be prepared for the reality of them. They're absolutely HUGE, and the skin is crispy in a distinctly Southern way. The gochujang sauce is really rich and flavorful, too. And yes, don't worry, it comes with pickled radish like all good KFC should. At the other corners of the flavor spectrum, there's the Smashed Cucumber Salad, which is light and refreshing, and the Garlic Butter Rice, which is peak comfort food (but does, in my opinion, definitely benefit from hot sauce). I think the kimchi mac could definitely qualify as comfort food, too, if that's your vibe, but I'm not really sure how I feel about it. It's not BAD, just a little strange. Overall, this is really excellent fusion food, and would probably taste even better in the summer."
