The udon however was PIPING hot when it got to me and DELICIOUS. Udon is truly the underrated sibling to ramen and this place nailed it. The broth was savory and umami, the noodles were perfectly chewy, and the tempura was crispy and held up well to the broth. I also appreciate that they automatically sent chopsticks - so many places now just send a fork! I would sooner fight a bear than eat udon with a fork!
