"Taco Casa Texas uses like maybe 10 ingredients, I can only think of nine, they're out of onion today at the Denton Highway location. The food is OK. I suspect they've made a change to their ground beef, I believe they've added some sort of a binder, flower or cornstarch or something to absorb the grease. In the past if the meat was greasy the grease would drip out of the taco shell. That's not happening now and the meat had a greasy taste today. It's not just the Denton Highway location, I've tried several taco casas in the past few weeks, and they all have the same taste like something has been added to the ground beef. My suggestion is, change it back! Taco Casa had a good freshly made taste that is now going the way of Taco Bell. Taco Bell's meat tastes like dog food smells, and I don't eat at Taco Bell anymore."

"Poke Burrito - Regular (2 Proteins) was fine, a bit smaller than I expected but decent flavor and balance of the ingredients. Classic Milk Tea was really light on the boba but otherwise good. Poke Bowl - Regular (2 Proteins) was disappointing. I ordered Salmon and Tuna, there was significantly more salmon than tuna- not even close to half/half. I also ordered half rice and half ramen as the base (which costed extra). Zero ramen. Reasonable portion of rice, and then SO MUCH salad. I wanted a normal poke bowl, not a salad and would not have ordered had I known. Also next to zero corn and ONE tiny pineapple piece.
