The Guac & Chips are no exception and are without a doubt AMAZING....every time...both the chips and guacamole are consistently made fresh and delicious with lots of ingredients and flavors, AND love. It may sound like such a simple common item and something that plenty of restaurants/food trucks carry...but in my humble opinion, these are one of the best you could find around here. The taste & textures and combo of ingredients (and presentation) are just unique...and done a bit differently than other places. The chips are fresh, crunchy, and thick with lots of flavor...and the guacamole is authentic and made right with all of the proper ingredients AND correct meticulous method and tireless efforts put in to produce and serve a legit high-quality (and visually attractive and colorful) authentic Mexican guacamole. P.S. - I didn't even know that they had this item here until I first made an order via DoorDash; you may not see it advertised on the food truck menu displayed there...but they do indeed carry it and I'm SO glad that I discovered this...as I order them EVERY time I purchase food at this place now - they are THAT good. If I had one gripe, it that the octopus is tough, probably because of how it's sliced. I had to rip it apart with my fingers to be able to chew it.
