Next, they didn't put in any ice, then they didn't put in the strawberry chunks as advertised, and finally they did all this without reaching out to ask if I'd wanted a replacement, which suggests they weren't out of ice or strawberries but that whoever made the drink had no idea what they were doing. Nobody wants an unsealed cup of room temp tea."
