I LOVE fried oysters, especially tempura-fried, and these did not disappoint! The sauce wasn't exactly what I was expecting - I think in the past at other Japanese restaurants, the sauce with fried oysters has been more hoisin-heavy (which I like a lot)...but this sauce was also very good.
