Because I have nothing to compare it to I have no idea if it's anything like traditional takoyaki, but it has a very unique flavor and texture that is incredibly hard to describe. kinda like doughy and crispy at the same time. The octopus flavor is mild and the sauces are a weird combination of sweet and savory that hits all the right taste buds. The star of the show was DEFINITELY the Tonkotsu Ramen though. they send the noodles and toppings separate from the broth which is nice if you're not planning to eat it right.
