"I was excited to try this place, but probably wouldn't be back due to the inefficient and inattentive service. I came on a slow day and my order took almost 20 minutes. I can't imagine coming on a busy day. My apologies for not letting you know I was waiting for a DoorDash order, but I thought you might put two and two together when I was the only one in the shop. My drink was fine. The waffle was OK but I guess I expected a smooth, fluffy cream like in the pictures but what I got was a clotted mess. would not come back or recommend unfortunately."

"I can't put into words how amazing the cookies & espresso drinks are at Sara's. The "other" chain cookie place in FC has got nothing on Sara's! No crazy, overly sweet, over the top flavors. They always have a seasonal flavor just as amazing as their regulars. I just tried dark chocolate today & I am torn as to whether or not it's my new favorite because the cookies & cream is SO good ! I ordered the 2 cookies with iced latte combo for pick up on DoorDash right before I ran into the UPS store. I finished at UPS and walked by the few stores between UPS and Sara's and my order was waiting for me. Ordered cookies for my co-workers last holiday season and they arrived literally warm & fresh out of the oven. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed! "

"This place is awesome the flavor of that gravy? Oh man it's right on. The bacon? It tastes like bacon from the olden days very good smoke. A real hikory flavor. The only thing l could complain about is not enough gravy its so delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the yolks were a dark orange indicating a healthy chicken. All the food was good and the portions were big. So, we will come back as long as the food is this good. Great job guys. Highly recommend!"
