Nem nuong is a vietnamese sweet pork sausage / meatball that is traditionally grilled. At Hercules Bakery, we bake our nem nuong and flatten them into patties. Two patties are of nem are placed in bread rolls smeared with pate, mayo and topped with pickled vegetables (carrots / radish), lettuce, cucumber and coriander. Fresh chilli is optional.
