"Pho #1 is among my top 3 favorite Vallejo restaurants. Consistently high quality, fresh ingredients; a wide variety of yummy dishes; and great service by nice people. Today's was my first Door Dash order with them, and I'm happy to say the food arrived hot and as delicious as onsite. I appreciate how they thoughtfully packaged the Rice Noodle Soup w/Wontons, separating the herb, wontons, and other more delicate items so they wouldn't get mushy; and the dumplings' seafood filling is absolutely delicious. Fresh Spring Rolls are moist and plump, with plenty of peanut sauce, and the black pearls in the Milk Tea add a pleasant toasty flavor. Looking forward to finishing off the leftovers later today!"

Today, the BN1. Special Combination (Noodle Soup) tasted straight up foul. It may have been one of the ingredients added to the broth, not the broth itself. I could not finish the meal so I gave it to my mom, and she also questioned why the quality was so poor this time around. It really tasted bad.
Pho Vy, please check on your ingredients, especially the raw meat in this hot weather, provided with the meal. I should have taken a picture, but the raw beef looked rough in the plastic wrap when I took it out, not to mention extra bloody and mushy. It is usually a brighter shade and much more fresh. My mom and I believe this was the issue, since this soup is literally one of our favorites.
It was great while it lasted, but I wish the best for Pho Vy's future! They've always been very kind nonetheless."

"The boba pearls are a great texture, and the milk tea is a nice flavor that is just enough sweet.

"I never write reviews but I ordered pho tái from here tonight and it was SO good!!! They made it fresh, the broth was flavorful and the portion was generous. imo they have the best pho in Vallejo (and I've tried all the other popular pho places!!)
