Id say at least 80% of our orders have been terrible, 10% have been completely inedible, and ALL have had error. It's an expensive habit when I don't have time to cook. I've learned my lesson. I'll hire a cook and order clean food. Also, Roxberry smoothies always taste the same, are never watered down, are made with fruit and veggies, no ice or fillers like Tropical Smoothie uses. Sadly, I don't think the location is well managed, staff isn't trained or authorized to make corrections---or concessions, refunds, replacement deliveries. The only thing consistent is a guaranteed mistake."
