"Would have rated 5 Stars, but this time, the 3 "Supreme" Soft Tacos were not filled as normal. It was more like slapped together like "wham bam, thank you mam". This is the fastest I've ever was done eating 3 tacos. I literally thought (to one of the ingredients, that were also skimped on) "where's the beef". ;-) For the price customers are paying nowhere days, would be nice to get what we pay for. Make the food like if you were making it for yourself.... just saying. The Cinnamon Twists were ok, but more on the stale side. But there is a positive ending.... the drink was good, and the Cinnabon Delights were an absolute DELIGHT!!! I think of all the times I've eaten these, these were the best. Not just the flavor, but the ratio between donut, and filling, was outstanding. I haven't eaten the Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes, which will be enjoyed later, but am optimistic that they will be good.... as always. Overall, I enjoy Taco Bell, and mishaps will not discourage me from ordering in the future. It's not the menu that isn't any good, it's who ever is on duty to prepare it, that makes, or breaks a company. The Hatch Queso & Chips (LG) were a perfect side dish, the tortilla chips were seasoned and was gone before our quesadillas! The limeade was delicious, not at all what we expected. Think sweet and smooth not tangy and tart. "

"The quesadilla was very dry and spicy, not at all what I have had in the past! The tortilla was way too crunchy to eat, none of it was fresh! Also not enough protein, there was more tortilla and cheese than meat! If I do order again it would be when I'm in the restaurant!"

"First time trying Hartz Chicken and was not disappointed. It was seasoned perfectly not too much salt. A #7. 3 pc dark with okra (needed a bit of salt but that can be remedied easily) and a fresh yeast roll. It kind of reminded me of Church's; if I remember correctly. Yes, a little greasy but it was fresh out of the fryer and that's to be expected. I will try it again! I can't elaborate on the buffet but it looked good. I ate it while it was hot and forgot to take a picture. "

"Chicken tasted as though it has been warmed up and not fresh. A lot of the pieces were just crust and no meat. I was very disappointed because Hartz was a top place for us to eat in Houston. This was definitely a different experience. "

"The Burrito Bowl I had was absolutely delicious. Only thing is it's usually not bland despite having sauce but it was this time which is why I'm doing 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, the proportion was great and how quickly it was made. The Chips were good too."

"It was a little cold, and there were random chunks of lettuce (that I didn't order). The tomatillo red chili sauce was really good, smokey and a little spicy. For the price, I think they skimped on the cheese. Probably wouldn't order again, but not bad."
