" My favorite at this bakery are the Whipped Cream Eclairs. Years ago I went there to try the famous Heavy Crumb Cake. My mom was in the car but was not wearing her dentures. We were running errands and would miss lunch. She said to look for something soft to eat to tide her over. The eclairs were a hit and bought multiple times again int future. My mom passed a couple years ago and this was the first time getting them since I can get them delivered now. They are as amazing as I remembered and brought back fond memories. "To start, half of my order was missing. When I called the store, I was told they were out of the item, which is understandable but I was never notified beforehand. Had I known, I would have canceled the entire order. On top of that, the packaging was unacceptable. The bag wasn’t taped or stapled shut, and it arrived open. I do not feel comfortable eating food that isn’t properly sealed for safety. Overall, this was very disappointing. Poor communication and careless packaging made for a bad experience!"
