I expect the food to be hot and ready. I know it's cold outside and the insides of the dashers car may have caused the food to become cold yet I expected my food to be warmer than it came. The toast also tasted like freezer burn. It was soggy cold on one of the toasts and the freezer burnt toast made me gag.
