The General Tso's Chicken Deep Fried(Breaded) was a first time order for me and I loved it! The chicken was cut in nice bite sized pieces and the flavor of the sauce was fantastic, I also liked the pieces of scallions included with the chicken! The order was abundant and there was plenty for the two of us plus enough for lunch the next day. we will be ordering it again. Others were soaking in the sauce. For the money, both compartments within the container should be filled with fried rice, rather than one. The rice was flavorful...plain fried rice. The portion size of chicken was very good; generous portion. Food tasted fresh and I would try this place again; would order again (something different). The sauce was sweet ....but the orange flavor was not present. This needs improvement to truly hit the mark of calling it No. 18. Orange Chicken. The egg roll inside of the styrofoam container, which came with the combo meal ....ended up being soggy, not crispy, because it was not packaged by itself, rather, it was included in the same styrofoam container as the meal itself. - Egg rolls should always be packaged separately so they stay crispy. This egg roll did not have a lot of flavor going on with it. Needs improvement. Overall the No. 18. Orange Chicken was tender and tasty. Just wasn't orange flavored; was honey flavored instead. No utensils included. The order should be secured better so no one can tamper with the food. It came in a plastic bag just tied off ....but not stapled."

"Five stars for taste, but only two stars for getting orders right. I've loved Sy Thai for yearsss. The food is and always has been absolutely delicious. It's one of my go to places to order from. That said, I'm done going through doordash bc over the past couple of years the restaurant has consistently screwed up orders (ie chicken when I order veggie etc), failed to include items, etc.. I'd say 50% of my orders have been wrong in some way - it's disappointing esp when you pay $16 for a dish that is incorrect and only get like $4.58 back (which I understand is a doordash issue, not a sy thai issue; still frustrating). "I have been ordering from this cafe regularly for awhile now ever since the Starbucks boycott began, and I have to say, I don't think I'm ever going back to Starbucks. Birmingham Roast has made the best coffee I've had. My favorite are the Kuppa Joy Frappe and the Hot Kuppa Joy. I enjoy sweet coffees but have found most cafes "overdo" the sweet factor and make drinks sickly sweet or too much like a dessert. Birmingham Roast seems to have found the perfect balance between sweet and bitter. My dasher today forgot one of my drinks in an order earlier so when I reordered, the barista even added a note apologizing that my drink was forgotten! So so sweet. I hope this place stays open forever. "

"We LOVE this restaurant so much that we get food here at least once a week... however, there have been many times we've gotten it several times in a week though. I have loved everything I've ordered. The Curry Potato Stew is amazing! I wasn't raised with any spicy foods, and I'm kind of a baby when it comes to spice, but I can't get enough of it (this stew is at the top of my tolerance for spice, but my husband says it's perfect).
