" The crawfish boil was absolutely delicious with great flavor throughout. I do wish there was just a bit more juice in the boil, but that’s a small thing—it was still really good! The crawfish were a nice size and cooked well. The shrimp were also a good size and very tasty. The eggs were perfectly cooked and soaked up the flavor beautifully. But the real star? The sausage! But I just tried to order the same thing and they canceled my order because the owner refused to make adjustments. Then what I did order I had to order more than what I wanted in order to get the accommodations made, and they still missed ingredients and part of my order was missing.
