"Steak Stromboli (small 9") was soggy, tastes & looks like they use frozen steak'ums strips. Chicken Tenders & Fries were burnt & inedible; they place the fries under the chicken tenders so they arrive nice & soggy. They do get credit for putting the dipping sauce cups in a ziplock baggy so they didnt leak. The Cinnamon Sticks were also burnt and stale... basically thin burnt dough with some cinnamon sugar sprinkled on it & canned cream cheese icing for dip - also inedible. The Mozzarella Sticks (9oz) were pretty good, the only thing we didn't throw away. You half expect frozen Sysco food when ordering from a pizza joint, so my standards aren't high. Just don't serve burnt or soggy food. "
