The burrito was huge, packed with flavor, and had a nice balance of meat, rice, and toppings without being soggy or falling apart. The beef nachos were loaded with cheese and toppings, and the chips stayed pretty crisp instead of getting immediately soggy. Service was friendly and the food came out hot and fresh in a reasonable amount of time. Overall, great portion sizes and solid Mexican comfort food. "I have to rewrite my review as the first one I wrote was written months ago, and my experience wasn't as good as it should have been. However, I am not sure if it depends on the staff that works on a part day, or that it was just an overall bad experience when I wrote the original review. I have to say that I frequently order their sausage and egg biscuits with a slice of cheese, along with a side of hash browns. Nearly every time, I get pretty good results from my orders, but the order I receive this morning was beyond exceptional. Not only were the biscuits very good, but the hash browns as well. I am not completely sure if they may have seen my former review, and made attempts to improve their overall product, but the last time I had ordered, everything was excellent. Not only were the biscuits moist and very flavorful, but the hash browns also hit the mark. The only other thing that they could improve would be to have the product ready and off to the side, in a warmer, but then again, the wait was worth it."

"I ordered the Super Berry Acai Bowl. I loved that you could choose your own three toppings and then the ability to add other mix-ins after. I was a bit hesitant to order the bowl because of the price, but it was worth it. I was surprised at how big it was. I do wish it was a bit thicker - after it was delivered, I only got a few bites before I wasn't able to eat it for about 10 minutes and it was like cold soup when I was able to come back to it. I ate the add-ins and then used a straw for the rest. The bananas (I'd guess there was one whole banana), strawberries (maybe 3), and blueberries (I'm guessing around 8) I chose were fresh and sliced (although I did have to take about 3 stems off the blueberries 👎). I also ordered the Forte Coffee Cold Brew Smoothie. Delicious! I would for sure order both of them again and look forward to trying something new next time. "Don't order Kids Grilled Cheese or the other combos. They don't offer drink selections. I also wish they would offer sautéed mushrooms on large sandwiches again. I haven't been able to do that for a while. Their Firehouse Meatball® and their Italian subs are always popular with the crew. The staff needs to pay a little more attention or notify us when they don't have drinks. I did not receive the Bottled Soda. I will continue to order from here because everyone loves the sandwiches and the Brownie. Large sandwich is huge! And the bread and meat taste great!"
