"Just because I know someone's job depends on the star rating, and the day crew - y'all rock, 5 stars. We didn't receive our drinks or dips tonight but I have a feeling it was pretty busy, being a late mid-week night as one of the few places still open. So we can't necessarily get angry with them, and I hope this opens the minds for others as well when items are missing. Yeah, it's rough and all we can do is try to remind them or maybe get more workers to help (I know) - but the food is always fresh, the taste is always as it should be. We'll always order again from Taco Bell, but maybe next time we'll go in ourselves to make sure it's there.
Portion is good! I always like a lil extra Reduced-Fat Sour Cream & the nacho cheese. I wanted to try the hot Mike's Hot Honey™ Diablo Dip Sauce, but next time we'll go in for it.

"Not impressed and not happy. Ordered 4 things and only received 3. We basically paid $7.00 for a tortilla wrap with a pinch of meat and lettuce ... 90% of the crunchwrap was just the bread. A rip off, poor quality and definitely will never order here again. I haven't ordered Taco bell is YEARS and now I remember why. HORRIBLE !!!! "
