It's a mild tangy mix of fruity and smoky flavor with a hint of garlic. I have to note that the guajillos were expertly prepared - there is no hint of bitterness. The dish is served with three handmade flour tortillas, and you can ask for corn instead. The sections of the takeout container chosen have grooves, which allows some of the sauce to fall below the fish so it doesn't arrive soggy. I *never* eat tilapia, and I loved this meal!
